How we price our work -Prices are calculated by size and specification. A"ballpark" price can usually be given over the phone or at the visit. This is followed up by a site visit, as necessary.- We view Professional Floor Sanding and floor polishing as a craft. Floor sanding services vary enormously in process, machinery, skill, knowledge and product. - We recommend choosing a service that suits your requirements, expectations and budget - Bear in mind: We are often able to tailor a price to your budget by changing the specification - Our wood floor sanding prices vary between £15.00 - £20.00 per sq. metre (subject to a viewing and specification) - Our wood floor/ hard floor polishing prices start from £5.00 per sq.metre
